Get Ship Done.
Step one: settle into the working zone the Bloom Lab
Step two: Pick a discrete task, one with a clear beginning and end. Perhaps something you know you need to get done but keep putting off, like planning your posts or finishing that report. Define EXACTLY what you intend to get done during the session.
Step three: BEGIN! Focused deep work. Have your headphones on if you need or just listen to the quiet. Rules are no interrupting others and stay on the task you’ve picked to complete.
Step four: let the power of social shaming keep you focused on the task as you work alongside other sessioners.
Step five: Buzzer Blows…Session Ends….! Bask in the warm glow of a completed task.
Step Six: Celebrate with your other sessioners with a snack and some chats.
*ShipIt is borrowed from Atlassian. It's the idea that in one session you can take your product from a problem that needs solving to a product ready to be shipped.

Incredible change-makers from Bloom’s Launchpad Program are excited to show you their solutions to some of the world’s hairiest problems. Over 12-weeks they’ve transformed their idea into a startup, using design thinking and problem solving techniques.
