In this blog post, we’ll be reviewing the lessons we learnt at the Bloom Ideation workshop last Wednesday afternoon (22nd August) at the Makerspace in Curtin University. The Ideation Workshop was the first of its kind to take place in Curtin University and overall, it was a well-received event with over 20 attendees!
The key messages presented by the panel members included the importance of being aware and ready for the changing workforce. All panel members agreed that people should focus on jobs that require the most empathy. This is because jobs that require empathy and helping others in an emotional way will be the last to be automated.
After winning two times at Pitch Night, Gareth shares some wisdom that he's learnt throughout the experience.
